Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Louisiana Wagyu. Due to our beef being perishable, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.  Thank you for understanding. 

While we will not accept returns, we will offer full refunds less shipping if the product arrives damaged or unsafe to consume due to shipping. We will provide a tracking number to you so you can monitor when your order will arrive so that you can open it in a timely manner. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you for your situation.

Shipping Policy

We currently offer shipping to physical addresses with the U.S. Will use UPS shipping, and we print our shipping labels directly from Shopify, therefore we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Our cuts of beef are individually frozen and packaged. We ship using frozen ice / dry ice in an insulated package. Items will arrive still frozen, partially thawed or still chilled. As long as your beef is still cold, it is safe to eat. If it's warm at the time of delivery, please contact us.

We also offer local pickup from our from 3 locations.

Louisiana Wagyu values our customers and respects your privacy at all times. We collect information about you through our online shopping cart website in an effort to improve your shopping experience and to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions. We do not share your personal or financial information with 3rd party companies. You can contact us at any time to have your name removed from our Customer List.
